Call our emergency hotline and we can provide you with our technician's availability and put together a plan that best meets your needs.

In the event that our technicians are not available, we are always glad to provide you with alternative options to resolve your issue.

The most common emergencies we respond to consist of :

  • Down servers or networks
  • Hardware failures on equipment needed for critical business operations
  • Hardware failures when your business has a deadline
  • Data restore or retrieval
  • Virus or security outbreaks which threaten your network

    • Our emergency rates are:

    ACB Contract Customers - 2 hr minimum*
    $130.00 hr
    ACB Non Contract Customers - 2 hr minimum*
    $150.00 hr

    * Emergency service calls have a 2-hour minimum. Non-contract customers are required to make payment for the minimum amount at the time you request service. The balance is due at the completion of the call. Contract customers will be billed under their regular contract terms.
