Senior Shop Technician

ACB Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Shop Technician. Candidates will be required to diagnose and troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues, perform hardware and software upgrades, identify and remove virus/malware infections, repair laser and impact printers and supervise Junior Shop Technicians.

Successful candidates will have strong organizational, time management and decision making skills, and must be able to both work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent customer services skills are a must.
