Technical Services are provided by our Business Solutions Group.  BSG’s primary mission is to understand our clients businesses and develop solutions to client business issues using the most appropriate technology. In addition we provide ongoing support through service contracts.

Within our Business Solutions Group we have a service department that is authorized to service and repair most major brands of computers and printers from companies such as Compaq HP, Toshiba, Okidata, among others. Our Service Department offers services such as, “break-fix”, warranty repairs, and preventative maintenance. 

Our Solutions Specialists are responsible for helping our business clients to figure out the best ways to utilize technology.  Our philosophy is to learn as much as we can about our clients business, identify the business need and develop a solution to that need.  We never implement technology for technologies sake.

We feel Alaska Computer Brokers, Business Solutions Group has some of the brightest and most talented engineers and consultants anywhere. We offer networking services to our clients that include the design, specification, sale and installation of local & wide area networks (LAN’s & WAN’s) as well as ongoing maintenance and support.
