Payment and Registration

Advanced registration is required.
Payment or Purchase Order must be received 1 week prior to the class.

What’s included with the Training?

Course Materials
Email support on topics covered in the class for 30 days after training.

Retake Policy

Students have the option of retaking the class.  Please not the following stipulations:

Retakes must be taken advantage of within six months.

If the class was software version specific, the retake may only be taken for that version of software.

Space must be available. Please call to confirm.

Student must bring courseware supplied with the original class.

Training Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations received up to five working days before the class is refundable, minus a $25 registration service charge.  There are no refunds for cancellations within 5 days of start date; however Alaska Computer Brokers will apply this fee for a future course.  Please note: If you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for payment.

Other Terms

Alaska Computer Brokers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any classes.  A minimum of 3 students must be enrolled to hold a class.

Alaska Computer Brokers must approve students for courses who do not meet our prerequisites. 

Classroom training is done on current software version only.  If you require training on an earlier version, please call for details on our Custom Training.

For off site training the customers’ responsibilities include per diem expenses for travel, lodging and meals.

Alaska Computer Brokers will fax a confirmation on receipt of the class registration form and full payment.
