Researched Solution Document

For smaller projects or for project that are very common in our industry, we may elect to provide our client with a researched solution.  This document will lay out the basic scope of work and the hardware and software cost of items being used. 

Engineered Solution Document

For large projects or projects with multiple phases, AKCB will create an Engineered Solution Document.  This document will be divided into five major sections:

The first section includes some general background information on AKCB and our partners.

The second section, titled Vision & Scope, describes the work we will be doing for you.  This is the most important part of the proposal; pay special attention to this section so that we can be sure we are doing the work needed to meet your needs.

The third section, titled Engineered Solution, includes detailed specifications of hardware and software that we will be using to achieve the business goals laid out in the Vision & Scope.

The fourth section is a summary of pricing for hardware, software, and engineering expenses laid out in the Engineered Solutions section.

The fifth section is the authority to proceed with network project.  We always have this section executed prior to beginning work.
