Time & Materials  -  On Request Network Service
Use ACB's time and materials labor rates when when you have a specific task to complete. 
 
NS2  -  Network Service & Support Agreement
ACB's NS2 program is an agreement that provides regularly scheduled maintenance by the same engineer who takes ownership of your network.  This is a cost-effective outsourcing of your support needs and provides you with an experienced certified engineer who knows you, your business and your technology systems. Agreements start at 4 hours per month and increased based on your needs.
 
RS2  -  Remote Server Support Agreement
ACB's RSM program helps customers with resources to provide daily support, but need monthly remote checks of their critical systems to assure their health.  We identify areas of concern using ACB's checklist and report them to management or your IT staff before issues cause downtime or system failure.    
 
Emergency Services  -  Emergency Response & After Hours Support
