Time & Materials  -  On Request Network Service
Use AKCB's time and materials labor rates when when you have specific task to complete. 
 
NS2  -  Network Service & Support Agreement
AKCB's NS2 program is an agreement that provides regularly scheduled maintenance by the same engineer who takes ownership of your network.  This is a cost effective outsourcing of your support needs and will provide you with an experienced certified engineer who knows you, your business and your technology systems. Agreements start at 4 hours per month and move up based upon your needs.
 
RS2  -  Remote Server Support Agreement
AKCB's RSM program helps customers that have resources to provide daily support, but, need monthly remote checks of their critical systems to assure their health.  AKCB's checklist allows us to identify areas of concern and report them to management or your IT staff prior to issues causing downtime or system failure.    
 
Emergency Services  -  Emergency Response & After Hours Support
Most businesses today cannot operate without their technology systems.  When you have a system failure use AKCB's emergency service to get your systems back up and operational quickly and effectively.
